What happens if my glass item arrives broken?
We offer a 100% arrival guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the broken item next to the shipping label and contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while expedited options are available at checkout.

What is your return policy?
