At Bong Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, any item that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Order

  Upon receiving your package, carefully inspect all items for defects or shipping damage before removing any protective seals or using the product.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the unused item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item back in its original box with all accessories and padding, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit.
